Salted Caramel Matcha Latte

Soft, sweet, grounding — a natural caramel made from dates.
Ingredients:
- 1 tsp Shinrin Soul Ceremonial Organic Matcha Powder.
- 70 ml hot water (70ºC).
- 1 cup coconut milk.
- 1 Medjool date, pitted.
- A pinch of sea salt.
- Ice (optional).
Instructions:
Step 1 — Make the natural caramel.
- Blend the Medjool date, almond milk, and a pinch of sea salt until smooth and creamy. (This becomes your salted caramel milk.)
Step 2 — Prepare your matcha.
- Add 1 tsp matcha to a bowl and sift for extra smoothness.
- Pour in hot water and whisk in fast “M” motions until frothy.
Step 3 — Combine.
- Pour your warm or iced salted-caramel milk into a cup.
- Gently pour the matcha over the top and swirl.
Step 4 — Enjoy
- A decadent yet balanced ritual, naturally sweet without additives.
